I speak about how the environments we build shape who we become, and what that means for how we design
My work explores the relationship between people and place across architecture, neuroscience, technology, and culture. Whether addressing large audiences, working closely with students, or contributing to public conversations, my aim is to introduce new lenses for understanding how space influences behaviour, wellbeing, and collective life.
I focus on the role of those involved in shaping our surroundings, and how our way of working can change for greater positive impact.

Keynotes
Rather than treating buildings and public spaces as neutral backdrops, I frame them as active participants in shaping behaviour, perception, health, and collective life.
By drawing on research from neuroscience, psychology, urban studies, and systems thinking, I provide context for how to more intentionally create healthier environments. The aim is not simply to present evidence, but to reposition existing initiatives and specific challenges within a broader framework of impact-driven design.

Masterclasses, Workshops, Lessons, and Professional Development
In these settings, I work more deeply with participants to explore frameworks, methodologies, and case studies that translate science-informed insights into spatial and strategic decisions.
Rather than presenting fixed answers, these sessions cultivate a disciplined form of inquiry: how do we integrate knowledge from neuroscience, psychology, and systems thinking into the realities of design practice, governance, and development?
Formats range from single masterclasses to multi-session academic modules to tailored professional workshops for students, design teams and leadership groups.
The goal is to equip participants not only with new knowledge, but with a structured lens for developing science-informed and conscious approaches to descision-making.
Public Conversations
I contribute to conversations about the future of cities, the social responsibility of design, and the impact of technology on human environments. I regularly engage in discussions that bridge research, practice, and cultural discourse.
